TEMPLATE FOR THE REGENERATION OF OUR UNIQUE CIVILIZATION

The Afrikan Union observed Afrikan Freedom Day on May 25, 2026. We wished them a Happy Afrikan Freedom Day (as well as a Happy 53rd Birthday). This year's observance is particularly momentous as it occurred a mere 100 days after FEBRUARY 14, 2026: a date that ought to be seared into the consciousness of every sane person on earth. FEBRUARY 14, 2026 marks the Afrikan Union's official designation of our enslavement and colonization at the hands of the Arabs and Europeans A GENOCIDE. We applaud the Afrikan Union for this initiative. It is a step in the right direction. Alas, it does not go far enough! If we are to claim, own and assert our God-given humanity, we must never be fearful of forthrightness: of telling it like it is; of stating the truth, of stating categorically that THE AFRIKAN HOLOCAUST IS THE GREATEST CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!
IF THE AFRICAN UNION MEANS WHAT IT SAYS, IT SHOULD REALIZE THE FULL IMPACT OF OUR CONTINUED ENSLAVEMENT AND SPEARHEAD INSPIRED INITIATIVES FOR ITS RESOLUTION: INITIATIVES THAT WILL EFFECTUATE THE COMPLETE FREEDOM OF OUR MOTHERLAND AND ALL HER CHILDREN AT HOME AND ABROAD. PRESENTED BELOW IS A 21-POINT PROGRAM FOR THE JOB AT HAND. CONSIDER THEM VISIONS, MISSIONS, OBJECTIVES FOR YOUR STRATEGIC EXECUTION.
1. ONE AFRIKA
A FREE AFRIKA IS A SINGLE UNIT; ONE THAT DETERMINES, DEFINES & DELINEATES ITS NATIONAL MAKEUP AND INTEREST. AFRIKA, OUR MOTHERLAND IS A SINGLE GEOGRAPHIC AND CULTURAL ENTITY WHICH THE EUROPEANS FRACTURED INTO 55 BROKEN PIECES FOR THEIR SINISTER, NEFARIOUS AND SHAMELESSLY EXPLOITATIVE OBJECTIVES. TO COUNTENANCE SUCH A DIABOLICAL CONSTRUCT IS TO BE UNWITTING ACCOMPLICES TO OUR CONTINUED ENSLAVEMENT. WE MUST NOT. WE SHALL NOT!
BECAUSE OF HER SIZE, AFRIKA OUR MOTHERLAND, LENDS HERSELF TO THE FOLLOWING 6 REGIONS FOR GOVERNANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES: EASTERN REGION, WESTERN REGION, NORTHERN REGION, SOUTHERN REGION, CENTRAL REGION & A SURROUNDING COASTAL REGION. THE AU MUST COMMIT TO REPURPOSING HERSELF FOR ITS DISMANTLEMENT & REBIRTH AT 2/16 AS THE ONE AFRIKA HIGH ASSEMBLY. THE OAHS WILL BE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SEAT OF OUR NATIONAL GOVERNMENT. EACH OF THE 6 REGIONS WILL ALSO HAVE ITS OWN REGIONAL GOVERNMENT. STAFF AT THE AU & PUBLIC SERVANTS IN THE GOVERNMENTS THEY REPRESENT WILL BE GIVEN FIRST CONSIDERATION FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE NEW NATIONAL AND REGIONAL GOVERNING AGENCIES.
2. EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP
A FREE AFRIKA OWNS HERSELF. We must initiate the process of recovering effective ownership of our motherland. Make a solemn, respectful but unequivocal appeal to fair-minded Europeans to facilitate the repatriation of their kinfolk back to their Fatherland, and thereby end their squatting on 75% of Azania. Make a similar appeal to the Arabs regarding their persistence in claiming the northern portion of our Motherland as theirs. (Bill Gates has offered billions of his fortune to help "develop" our Motherland. We say thank you very much Bill Gates. It is a wonderful offer; yet it is one that we must decline with a resolute No! Our God bequeathed us our Motherland, resources, brains and a dimension of His very self. We are fully equipped to effectuate our own prosperity. We do encourage you to finance the repatriation of your kinfolk in Azania back to their Fatherland and allow us the space in which to engender our own prosperity. You needn't go it alone, Bill. Propose it to Elon Musk as a joint venture in which he should have much more than a passing interest! A similar scenario must ensue vis-a-vis North Afrikan Arabs and their repatriation back to their Fatherland).
3. NO FOREIGN MILITARY BASES ON AFRIKAN SOIL
A FREE AFRIKA IS ONE THAT IS NOT OCCUPIED BY A SINGLE FOREIGN MILITARY BASE. The situation of approximately 54 foreign military bases on our Motherland makes a mockery of our freedom. We must call on all the owners and operators of these structures politely, yet resolutely to dismantle them and take them away. They do not fit within the framework of our regenerated civilization and values, which is predicated on love, compassion, peace & empathy.
4. MENTAL HEALTH, IDENTITY & PERSONHOOD
A FREE AFRIKA IS ONE THAT IS MENTALLY HEALTHY, WITH A PROPER SENSE OF SELF AND PERSONHOOD. "None but ourselves can free our minds from mental slavery". Research, finance and implement programs for freeing ourselves from mental slavery, particularly its twin offsprings: Natal Alienation & Moral Imbecility. These effects of enslavement are still with us today - even more so because our tendency to pretend otherwise makes them even more pernicious today than yesterday. Nonetheless we must not be deterred, since their eradication is essential for our mental & psychological wellbeing. Their eradication will engender genuine love and respect for ourselves and others, which is indispensable for regaining Our Authentic Humanity.
5. QUALITY OF CITIZENSHIP
A FREE AFRIKA IS OCCUPIED BY RESPONSIBLE, SELF ASSURED CITIZENS. We must be faithful to our unique civilization and thereby engender a strong identity. All citizens of a free Afrika must read the 31 ADMONITIONS daily and abide by its precepts. In addition, our core principles of of love, (Oshun) courage (Ogun), Organization / structure (Ayizan), Helping others (Legba); meshed with our philosophy of Ntu: Muntu, Kintu, Hantu, Kuntu & Ubuntu will ensure that we will always do the right thing, always build good character, always be centered in sound values, always be held high on the the shoulders of our illustrious Ancestors.
6. INHERENCY OF GOOD ORDER
A FREE AFRIKA WILL DISBAND ALL POLICE FORCES, CLOSE DOWN ALL PRISONS & REPURPOSE THE MILITARY. The implementation of 5, above, will ensure general good character, good behaviour and good citizenship, thus making police forces and prisons redundant. (this is hardly a novel idea. Our Ancestors governed themselves this way prior to the advent of colonialism). OUR MILITARY WILL BE REPURPOSED FOR disaster relief and patrolling our coastline.
7. NO MORE HUNGER OR BEGGING FOR FOOD

8. EDUCATION
A FREE AFRIKA EDUCATES HERSELF. It is ridiculous beyond belief that, with extremely few exceptions, our children at home and abroad continue to be educated Eurocentrically or Arabcentrically to this very day. As JEK Aggrey would say: Chickens cannot bring up eagles, pure and simple! Aggrey was a true native son, worthy of the title Grandfather of Afrikan Education. With this regard, we would be out of order if we didn't hastily profess that another native son, Nana Molefi Kete Asante, is the Father of African Education! Thus, it is to him that you must turn to convene and chair a 12-person Steering Committee for the Global Implementation of an Authentic Afrikan Education Curriculum.
9. OUR WOMEN
A FREE AFRIKA LOVES, HONOURS AND PROTECTS OUR WOMENFOLK. OUR MOTHERS, DAUGHTERS, SISTERS & WIVES NEED TO BE APPROPRIATELY ACKNOWLEDGED! It is no secret that incessant rape & castration of our Ancestors by our enslavers occurred routinely throughout our 14 centuries of enslavement. The resulting intergenerational psychopathology is still with us today. This onslaught on our collective personhood is so massive as to render our survival to this day a mind-boggling miracle.
A second miracle confronts us in the healing process. The solution would be easy, had we been ostriches: simply bury our heads in the sand and see it all go away. No, our solution requires confrontation. This confrontation calls for the courage of fearless introspection: the courage to look open-eyed into our insides, grapple with all aspects of our history, their cultural / psychological ramifications & through resolution and regeneration emerge as the well-adjusted citizens of our Ancestors' expectations. This process requires the inspired expertise of highly skilled Africentric practitioners. We trust they exist in sufficient numbers to make a significant impact. 10. HEALTH, & SAFETY.
A FREE AFRIKA PRIORITIZES THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF ALL HER CITIZENS. Health, safety, fitness and nutrition must be participacted at all levels of the education system. The World Health Organization has a role to play in this initiative, as would your crafting & implementation of 5 Regional Food Guides and ancillary practices that are necessary for optimum health and wellbeing.
11. RIGHT OF RETURN
A FREE AFRIKA EMBRACES ALL HER CHILDREN GLOBALLY AND VICE VERSA.
“People of African descent are not simply distant members of our family. They are our children, our brothers, our sisters. They embody an essential part of our collective identity. By recognizing their right of return, we are saying to them: 'You have never ceased to belong to this land. Africa is your home, and we welcome you with open arms,'” said Olushegun Adjadi Bakari, Benin’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a speech delivered at the UN General Assembly, in September 2024.
We need add nothing to this quotation, but simply state that if the prodigal son could be welcomed with jubilation, what must we meet out to those among us who are patently innocent of any criminality for their estrangement!?
Come home one and all: Let us become one, as we work hard (for 5 days) and play hard (for 2). Ashay!
12. EXEMPLARY PERSONS & EVENTS
A FREE AFRIKA CELEBRATES OUR EXEMPLARY PERSONS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS. Commission the design, erection and maintenance of one Mid Atlantic & one Mid Tinariwen mega-monument in respect of our wilfully-discarded-and-all-but-forgotten Slave Trade Ancestors. LEST WE FORGET.
As well, we must designate our HIGHWAY OF BONES ACROSS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN AS SACRED "GROUND." This, the world's largest cemetery by far and final resting place of millions of our slave-trade Ancestors, must be designated as such and not subject to any disturbance or desecration by anyone, at any time, for any reason. 13. THE NAMES OF OUR PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS
A FREE AFRIKA NAMES HER PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS. Legal entitlement must be granted to all persons of Afrikan Descent who wish to replace their slave names with ones that authentically honour their Afrikan Ancestry. This entitlement should be global and without cost to the applicant.
We must make our own maps of Afrika in which places are correctly featured and sensibly named. Examples: Lake Nyanza for the largest lake; Nubia, not Sudan; Songhai, not Sierra Leone; Boyoma Falls (or Wagenia Falls) not Stanley Falls; Tinariwen, not Sahara Desert (desert desert in Arabic & English, respectively); Gquberha, not Port Elizabeth; etc., etc., etc.

14. THE ONE AFRIKA CAPITAL
A FREE AFRIKA IS A CENTERED AFRIKA. ONE AFRIKA'S CAPITAL CITY WILL BE SITUATED AT 2 /16, WHICH IS THE VERY HEART OF OUR MOTHERLAND. We must ask talented Afrikan architects to submit proposals for our ONE AFRIKA HIGH ASSEMBLY. It is expected that the complex will be used for both administrative and ceremonial purposes. Our only stipulation is that OAHA be grand in stature and pyramidal in aspect.
15. INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
A FREE AFRIKA RETAINS AGENCY IN ALL HER TRANSACTIONS. OUR RELATIONS WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD WILL BE GOVERNED BY OUR PRINCIPLES, VALUES AND PRIORITIES. We do not abandon our principles when interacting with others but use them as guardrails to ensure faithfulness to our territory and trajectory. Steadfastness on this issue will signal to others the basis upon which they are to interact with us. Essentially, TRADE AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE will delineate our dealings with others. TRADE must be based on free and fair exchange. There will be one currency for the whole of Afrika to be used exclusively for internal trade. External trade will be conducted by barter until the unwholesome, up-the-down-escalator-incredulity of global currency valuation especially crafted for Afrikan "countries" is genuinely reformed.
CULTURAL EXCHANGE, including sports and academic interplay, will contribute to intellectual enrichment and mutual respect.
16. PROXY WARS & THE DEVALUING OF AFRIKAN LIVES
A FREE AFRIKA IS A PEACEFUL AFRIKA. WARS, PROXY WARS AND THE DEVALUING OF AFRIKAN LIVES MUST CEASE! We do not manufacture any weapons, yet there is no shortage of guns and other lethal arms on our soil. Our textile industry is mimiscue, yet there is no shortage of army uniforms for the adornment of oft-misguided combatants. Food is far from plentiful in most of Afrika yet these combatants always seem to be well fed. We do not claim to understand these contradictions, nor do we blame anyone for their occurrence. What we do know with certainty is that the good guys and bad guys characterization of fights is invariably idiotic, if only because it glosses over the possibility that two bad guys can fight. The truth of the matter is that invariably it is two bad guys that engage in most fights. Indeed, our position is simply: Bad guys fight!
Our God endowed us with an intellect with which to resolve differences peacefully. In this our God extended to us a dimension of Himself. We must show gratitude to our God by behaving according to His expectation. We must always resolve our differences peacefully! We do so by employing the most powerful weapon we possess: our God-supplied intellect.
IN THE REGENERATION OF OUR UNIQUE CIVILIZATION WE SHALL BRING ALL PHYSICAL CONFLICTS TO AN END, OUTLAW ALL WEAPONS THAT CONTRAVENE OUR LIFESTYLE AND SEEK COMPENSATION FOR FAMILIES WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY THESE PRACTICES. WE SHALL ALSO GRANT AMNESTY TO ALL COMBATANTS WHO SHOW GENUINE CONTRITION AND WILLINGNESS TO UNDERGO REHABILITATION. IN SHORT, WARS HAVE NO PLACE IN OUR MOTHERLAND.
17. CORRUPTION
A FREE AFRIKA DOES NOT CONDONE CORRUPTION. CORRUPTION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED IN OUR REJUVENATED MOTHERLAND. All those who have been guilty of such misappropriation will be given a 12-month period of grace during which they will be entitled to the following options:
1. Confess, pay a fine and mend your ways, with or without professional assistance. Or;
2. Move away from our Motherland and don't come back.
Please note that option # 2 does not absolve you of the likelihood of being pursued internationally through all available legal means, for recovery of your ill-gotten wealth.
18. TRANSPORTATION
A FREE AFRIKA PROMOTES SAFE, AFFORDABLE AND GREEN TRANSPORTATION. A comprehensive system of roads and rails will ensure adequate and safe travel throughout the land. Green, environment-respecting vehicles will be prioritized for all public and private conveyance on land and at sea. All international airports will be located in Zone 6.
19. CURRENT POLITICAL PERSONNEL
A FREE AFRIKA WILL REPURPOSE CURRENT GOVERNMENT WORKERS FOR MEANINGFUL PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT AT THE NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL LEVELS.
20. REPARATIONS
A FREE AFRIKA WILL DEMAND REPARATIONS FOR OUR HOLOCAUST AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME. FIRSTLY WE MUST GET UP OFF OUR KNEES, LOOK THE CULPRIT STRAIGHT IN THE EYE AND DEMAND COMMENSURATE RECOMPENSE. FAILING THIS WE SHALL CONTINUE TO PRESENT AS HAPLESS BEGGARS, PLEADING WITH THE THIEVES TO RETURN A SMALL PORTION OF OUR STOLEN PROPERTY. TO ENTERTAIN SUCH A NEGOTIATING FRAMEWORK WOULD BE TO DEVALUE OUR ANCESTORS' SACRIFICE AND THUS BECOME DE FACTO CONTRIBUTORS TO THEIR CONTINUED BELITTLEMENT. SECONDLY, IT WOULD MEAN BETRAYAL OF OUR CHILDREN: THEIR SELF WORTH, THEIR ENTITLEMENT, THEIR VERY HUMANITY. BEG FOR REPARATIONS? FOR THAT WHICH IS OUR ENTITLEMENT? NO! WE SHALL IMPOSE REPERATIONS AT A TIME AND MANNER OF OUR DETERMINATION.
21. OUR CONSTITUTION
A FREE AFRIKA DETERMINES ITS OWN CONSTITUTION. A CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY OF 30 DELEGATES IS TO BE ASSIGNED THE TASK OF DRAWING UP THE ONE AFRIKA NATIONAL CONSTITUTION. THE ASSEMBLY WILL COMPRISE 24 DELEGATES FROM THE 6 REGIONS PLUS 4 DELEGATES REPRESENTING OUR GLOBAL DIASPORA. ADDITIONALLY, 2 DELEGATES WILL BE APPOINTED TO SERVE AS NON-VOTING CO-CHAIRS.
THE ONE AFRIKA NATIONALCONSTITUTUON WILL EMBODY & REFLECT OUR HISTORICAL VALUES AND PRINCIPLES, WHILE FORMULATING SUCH ARTICLES AS INDIVISIBILITY, DEMOCRACY, SOCIAL CHARACTER, SOVEREIGNTY, NEUTRALITY, BILL OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, PACIFICITY, NON-INTERFERENCE, EQUALITY, VALUE OF ALL FORMS OF LIFE, RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, RESPECT FOR ANCESTORS AND FUTURE GENERATIONS AND, NOT LEAST, RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
